The B&B studios are located on the first floor of a beautiful, refurbished, 19 th century home in a new, modern and safe residence.
The blue studio is located on the court side of the house and is suitable for 2-4 people.
The red studio is on the side of the street and can house 2-5 people.
Each studio has its own separate entrance.

· Location

The metro station Charonne (line number 9) is located 50m from the studio. A 15 minute ride on this metro takes you to the famous shops “Printemps” and “Galeries Lafayette” (station Havre Caumartin), the Champs-Elysees (station Franklin D. Roosevelt), and the departure area of the sightseeing boats “Bateaux Mouches” (metro station Alma Marceau). In 20 minutes you find yourself across from the Eiffel tower (station Trocadero)

In less than five minutes you arrive at the metro station Nation, where numerous connecting metro lines enable to you to visit various areas of the city of Paris. Additionally, you have a connection to the RER A line, which allows you to reach Disney Land Paris in fifty minutes.

· Surroundings

The 11^th arrondissement is a quiet and chic area of Paris, located close to the popular and well-known areas of Oberkampf, Opera Bastille, Quartier de Marais, and the lively streets of rue de la Roquette, rue de Lappe, and place de la Bastille.

Numerous restaurants are located within walking distance from the studio and offer you a large variety of meals. Your choices range from the simple, yet delicious, to famous and expensive. Many of the restaurants are described in the popular tourist guide Michelin.
